Here in this email, I’d like to give a brief introduction of our factory:

We start LED lighting business since the year of 2002. 

We focus on commecial lighting especially for downlight. 

We are good at making structure of LED downlight which is the most of our advantage, we start use of aluminum ingot, ABS/PA6… etc. as the basic raw materials to produce almost all parts of lighting fixtures from heat sink to opticals lens and terminal block.

We are able to offer cheap price of downlight but that doesn’t means bad quality, instead, we've cooperate with our OEM driver factory for nearly 10 years with reliable quality, and the dimming compatibility is perfect in Europe especial in UK.

Fire-rated LED downlight series are our main products, and our key market is in UK, proportion of total business around 65%.

Our factory have around 200 employees including 8 engineers, 3 sales people, 5 PMC, 15 QC. 

Our sales turnover last year is around 13800,000 usd and fire rated led downlight cover more than three-fifths of total.

Our old standard fire-rated downlight version is our best sellers right now, we've sold around 1200K PCS of it to UK market within 8 months from October, 2017 with less than 0.001 failure rate. (This is only one item for one customer).

At the year of 2013, one of our big UK customers who inspected our factory and provides some sort of suggestions for improving quality control, then we made big improvements based on their requeirments.

Through increased:

• more Auto aging line

• dustless and Anti static floor workshop

• fixed Temperature and Humidity cabinet, High low temperature impact chamber, etc.

  our quality control system runs pretty good at present, the product quality is stable, that is one of the reason we've sold 1200K PCS of standard downlight with less than 0.001 failure rate.
